Wholesale Services

What we do for business buyers

Our services cover the practical steps between a buyer's requirement and delivered goods.

Product Sourcing

We identify product options based on your specifications, intended use, quantity and target price, shortlist suitable manufacturers from our supplier base, and present comparable options with indicative pricing and lead times.

Supplier & Sample Coordination

We communicate your requirements to suppliers in their own language, clarify specifications, and arrange sample purchases and courier delivery so you can check quality before committing to volume.

Wholesale Supply

We supply confirmed orders on agreed products, quantities, pricing and commercial terms. TIGEMCO is your contracting party and issues the quotation, order confirmation and invoice.

Order & Delivery Coordination

We follow production progress, arrange pre-shipment checks where agreed, and coordinate freight, customs documentation and delivery with forwarders and logistics providers according to the agreed Incoterms.

How We Work

From enquiry to delivery in four steps

1

Share your requirements

Product specifications, estimated quantities, target price and delivery destination. Photos or reference links help.

2

Review the options

We present shortlisted products with indicative pricing and lead times and arrange samples where needed.

3

Confirm the order

Specifications, quantity, price, payment terms and delivery arrangements are confirmed in writing before production.

4

Coordinate fulfilment

We update you on production and shipping and coordinate delivery according to the agreed terms.

Procurement Operations

How orders and expenses are handled

Cross-border sourcing involves more than the main purchase order. Buyers often ask how the smaller costs are managed, so we set out our practice here.

Supplier settlements

Confirmed wholesale orders are settled with suppliers by bank transfer against invoices, typically a deposit on order confirmation and the balance before shipment, in the supplier's currency. These payments are documented against each purchase order.

Operating expenses during a sourcing cycle

Sample purchases, international courier, inspection and testing fees, freight and customs charges, online supplier platform fees, trade-fair registrations and team travel to supplier regions are frequent, lower-value expenses, often paid online or on the spot in foreign currencies.

To keep orders moving, authorised procurement staff settle these with company payment cards under per-card limits, and each expense is recorded against the relevant sourcing project. This keeps bank transfers for supplier settlements and gives customers a clear cost breakdown when requested.
